4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution; respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner; ensure they have the right to provide any materials or content shared with VortexHive; and make payments according to the agreed schedule.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VortexHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties

VortexHive warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the relevant contract terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales for our UK operations, and the laws of the United Arab Emirates for our UAE operations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective jurisdiction.
